We created this retreat because too many people spend their lives putting themselves last.

More importantly, you'll do so in a welcoming environment surrounded by like-minded people who are on a similar journey.


Our goal isn't simply to provide a relaxing getaway. It's to give you knowledge, experiences and tools that continue to benefit you long after the weekend has ended.

FRIDAY:  Arrive, Unwind & Settle

Arrival from 3:00pm


Ease into your retreat at your own pace. Check into your room, explore the hotel and take some time to relax before the weekend officially begins.

 

You're welcome to arrive earlier in the day to enjoy the spa facilities or book a treatment (subject to availability and the hotel's standard access arrangements).

 

Your Friday includes:

 

  • Check-in from 3:00pm
  • Time to enjoy the spa and leisure facilities
  • Opportunity to book spa treatments (subject to availability)
  • Explore the local area or simply relax
  • Welcome introductions
  • Three-course evening meal
  • Relaxed social evening with fellow guests



SATURDAY: Move, Learn & Recharge


Wake up feeling refreshed and enjoy a full day of inspiring sessions, balanced with plenty of time to relax.

  • Strength in Movement

SUNDAY: Feeling Refreshed & Inspired


Take time to enjoy the final day of your retreat, bringing together movement, learning and reflection before returning home feeling refreshed, empowered and ready to continue your wellbeing journey.

 

Your Sunday includes:

  • Everyday Safe Workshop (Part 2)
  • Free time to relax and enjoy the spa facilities
  • Pilates & Strength in Movement
  • Love vs Fear/Tapping Therapy Workshop
  • Closing Circle and Farewell

 

Departure approximately 4:30–5:00pm.

Pilates 


Improve your strength, posture and flexibility through guided Pilates sessions designed to build a stronger core, enhance movement and leave you feeling balanced, confident and energised.

Strength in Movement


Discover how building strength today can support a healthier tomorrow. Through functional movement and strength training, you'll develop muscle, improve stability and build the confidence to stay active, mobile and independent as you age.

Everyday Safe


Discover practical personal safety strategies that empower you to recognise risk early, make confident decisions and take simple, effective action to help keep yourself and those around you safe.

Women's Health & Menopause


Gain a better understanding of the changes women experience as they age, and discover practical strategies to support your health, wellbeing and confidence at every stage of life.

Group Reiki & Meditation


Experience deep relaxation through Reiki and guided meditation, helping to reduce stress, restore balance and leave you feeling calm, refreshed and re-energised.

Love vs Fear Workshop


Discover Practical tools and techniques that allow you to tap into your inner wisdom and be your authentic self, living in the present moment, choosing compassion, acceptance and love. 

Before You Book


Choose the accommodation option that's right for you and enjoy an all-inclusive weekend of movement, relaxation, learning and connection. Every ticket includes carefully curated wellness sessions, delicious meals and refreshments, full access to the hotel's spa and leisure facilities, and two nights' accommodation. Early Bird tickets are available in limited numbers while stocks last.

Booking Information

Secure your place with a non-refundable £250 deposit, with the remaining balance due approximately three months before the retreat. Full payment is also welcome at the time of booking if preferred. If you're booking with a friend or family member, each guest will need to reserve their own place. Places are limited to ensure a personal and high-quality experience for every guest.
