About

"Longevity isn't just about adding years to life. It's about adding life to your years."

Longevity Labs was created from a shared passion for helping people live healthier, safer, more confident and fulfilling lives.

Our Story

Founded by Jenny and Chris, Longevity Labs grew from a shared passion for helping people improve not only how long they live, but how well they live.

Over the years, we have worked with people from all walks of life through movement, fitness, martial arts, personal safety, education and community wellbeing programmes. One thing became increasingly clear: lasting health and fulfilment rarely come from focusing on just one area of life.

True wellbeing is built through the combination of movement, recovery, confidence, connection, purpose and lifelong learning. That belief sits at the heart of everything we do.

Through retreats, workshops and immersive wellbeing experiences, we create opportunities for people to step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with themselves, and develop practical tools that support long-term health, resilience and independence.

Our approach is welcoming, accessible and grounded in real life. Whether the focus is improving physical wellbeing, reducing stress, building confidence, creating healthier habits or simply taking time to reset, our aim is to help people make meaningful changes that continue long after the event has finished.

We beleive that longevity is not simply about adding years to life. It is about adding life to your years.

Our Vision

Our mission is to help people build the knowledge, habits and confidence needed to enjoy a high quality of life at every stage of life.

Through movement, wellbeing, personal development and practical education, we aim to make positive lifestyle change feel achievable, enjoyable and sustainable.

We believe that small, consistent actions can have a profound impact on how we feel, how we function and how fully we experience the world around us.

We envision a future where more people feel empowered to take ownership of their health, wellbeing and personal safety, regardless of their age, background or starting point.

A future where people remain active, capable and confident in both themselves and the world around them. Where they have the awareness to make good decisions, the resilience to navigate life's challenges and the knowledge to continue growing throughout their lives.

We believe that true wellbeing is about more than physical health alone. It is about having the confidence to embrace opportunities, the awareness to stay safe, and the freedom to enjoy life's experiences with energy, purpose and peace of mind.

Our goal is to create experiences, communities and opportunities that inspire people to invest in themselves and make the most of the years ahead.
