About the Event
Our Longevity Retreat is a carefully curated weekend for ladies only that's designed to help you recharge, reconnect and invest in your long-term wellbeing.
Throughout the weekend, you'll enjoy a variety of expert-led sessions including Pilates, mobility and movement classes, relaxation and recovery practices, personal safety and awareness workshops, women's health discussions, strength and longevity-focused activities, and opportunities to unwind in the hotel's spa facilities.
Alongside structured sessions, there will be plenty of time to relax, connect with like-minded women, enjoy nutritious food, and simply step away from the demands of everyday life.
Our programme continues to evolve as we work with guest speakers and specialists to create the best possible experience. Final schedules and speaker details will be confirmed closer to the event.
Whether you're looking to improve your health, build confidence, learn something new, or simply take some time for yourself, this weekend has been designed to leave you feeling refreshed, empowered and inspired.
Your booking includes accommodation, all meals throughout your stay, full access to the hotel's spa and leisure facilities, and every workshop and activity across the weekend.

Select "Early Bird" offer: Save £40 when you book one of the first 8 places and pay in full. It's our way of saying thank you for committing early, while securing the best available price for the retreat.
Select 'Private Room' to enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own room throughout the retreat.
Select 'Shared Room' to share a twin room with a friend, partner, family member, or another guest attending the retreat.
If you're booking with someone you know and would like to share a room, simply provide their name during registration and we'll match your bookings.
If you're booking on your own, you can request to share a room with another attendee. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Select "Deposit Only" on your preferred room type and secure your place with a £350 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance payable 12 weeks before the retreat at the standard ticket price.
